Ranchero Village is a 55 and older community. Every owner or lessee must pass a background and credit check to be approved by the Ranchero Village Board, the application fee is $50 per person. All new window blinds, New base boards in every room and closet, replaced all light switches and wall sockets. The Bathroom has a New Vanity Top, New Sink, New Faucet, New Shower Head, New Shower Curtains, New 19inch high toilet. We replaced every knob on the cabinets in the Kitchen Bathroom and Bed rooms. We also had the roof double coated and the carport driveway coated.
