This deep water boat slip measures 14 x 50 feet, and is located in the marina on Windward Passage in Island Estates, near the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, and close to the Gulf of Mexico. This slip can accommodate your sail boat, with water approximately 8′ deep at low tide. Water & trash are included in the monthly fees, power is available, and owners are permitted to live on board their boat! The Island Yacht Club offers amenities like hot showers, restrooms, washers & dryers (coin operated), clubhouse, a dockmaster onsite – even bicycle storage!
